SiteScans.org ("the Service") provides automated website accessibility scanning and AI-generated audit reports based on WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards. The Service includes a free quick scan and a paid comprehensive audit report.

2. Scope of Reports

Our reports are generated through automated scanning tools (axe-core) combined with AI analysis (Anthropic Claude). Automated accessibility testing typically detects 30-50% of accessibility issues. Our reports are intended as a starting point for accessibility compliance and should not be considered a substitute for a comprehensive manual audit by qualified accessibility professionals.

3. No Legal Advice

The Service does not provide legal advice. Reports, risk assessments, and compliance statements are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute legal counsel, and no attorney-client relationship is formed through use of this Service. For legal guidance regarding ADA compliance, consult a qualified attorney specializing in accessibility law.

4. Pricing and Payment

• The free quick scan is available at no cost and requires no account or payment.
• Full audit reports are priced at $49 USD (one-time payment, no subscription).
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Prices are subject to change. Any price changes will not affect orders already placed.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your report for any reason, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund. Refund requests can be sent via our contact form.

6. Report Delivery

Full audit reports are delivered via email (as a PDF attachment) and are available for download from the Service for 7 days after generation. It is your responsibility to download and save your report within this period. Reports are typically generated and delivered within 2-5 minutes of payment.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to scan websites you do not own or have authorization to scan.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the free scan functionality.
• Resell, redistribute, or white-label reports without prior written consent.
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SiteScans.org and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We do not guarantee that following report recommendations will prevent ADA lawsuits or achieve full WCAG compliance.

9. Intellectual Property

Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive license to use your audit report for internal business purposes, including sharing with your development team, legal counsel, and contractors. The report format, methodology, and branding remain the intellectual property of SiteScans.org.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via the Service.
