• Website URLs you submit for accessibility scanning.
• Email addresses provided when purchasing a full audit report.
• Payment information processed securely through Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.
• Usage data such as IP addresses for rate limiting purposes, browser type, and pages visited.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To perform accessibility scans on URLs you provide.
• To generate and deliver your audit report via email.
• To process payments through Stripe.
• To communicate with you about your order status and report delivery.
• To prevent abuse through rate limiting based on IP addresses.

3. Data Storage and Retention

Scan results are cached for up to 1 hour to improve performance. Order records are retained for 30 days. Generated PDF reports are stored for 7 days and then automatically deleted. We use Vercel KV (powered by Upstash Redis) for temporary data storage.

4. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services to process your personal data:

• Stripe for secure payment processing.
• Resend for transactional email delivery.

Our application is hosted on cloud infrastructure that may process IP addresses and request data as part of normal operations. Each third-party service has its own privacy policy governing their use of data.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies. Session storage is used to pass scan results between pages.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure API key management, and Stripe webhook signature verification. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and never touches our servers.
